At just Elizabeth, by design, I embrace the idea that each person has their own narrative. Founded by me, Elizabeth Lawrence-Mendoza, a lover of all things design related. A devoted designer, with an eye for visual detail, my personal goal is to create custom spaces that reflect your individuality.

It started with the simple idea of bringing the best of all things design, from me to you. Attending college in California for Interior Design, my love of design began at a very young age; clipping magazine pictures into a collage to create a "vision" for my next bedroom design. Floral and event design has been a huge part of that passion throughout the years and now I am able to share that love with you, in Oregon.

Sustainable floristry and design methods are at the core of what I believe, and I work to share that knowledge and intentional thinking every single day. I began Oregon Sustainable Floristry to have a platform for education about the large amount of waste and harmful plastics, chemicals, and foam mechanics that the mainstream floral industry largely relies on. All blooms and greens used by me are sourced from local farms and domestic wholesalers, whose mission is also to treat the soil regeneratively and grow with organic and minimal pesticide use. Sourcing as close to me as possible, I strive to cut down on unnecessary and exorbitant transportation costs and reduce fuel emissions.

Quality and commitment are things I seek and provide with all my services, with the pledge to honor the moment in time in the most intentional and meaningful way I can.
